Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to manage the MDF budget for the Partner Marketing Org. You will work closely with the Head of Partner Marketing Operations and with AWS Global & Regional Marketing Teams to establish best practices, procedural rigor, operational and process improvements, and analytical insights.
You will help train the field marketing on best practices for leveraging partner funds, drive understanding and adherence to the funding process, and will be responsible for reporting budget utilization and marketing performance metrics.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be data-driven and have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs. You will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have a track record of events operations management, as well as familiarity with Marketing Automation or CRM tools such as Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce and others.
